The Batik Cloth

Most of the Batik cloth product lines are ‘one of a kind’ designs, that is each piece is a one off original. Some items like place mats, carry bags, pillow covers, lampshades and the like have matching design and colors-but not in all cases. All of the Batik cloths are washable in cold water, with hang-drying. Also pressing with hot iron is allowed. The colors will not run or fade, even when exposed to intense sun-light! Dry-cleaning is not recommended. The Batik takes animals from Zimbabwe’s vast wildlife sanctuary and life in the traditional village and transforms it into a ‘living’ museum of architecture, ornamentation, costume and personas from the ages.
